The Company was founded by Vitena Xhori who started it with traditional recruiting overseas of civil engineers and outsourcing services for German companies. While the company was growing, we discovered more talented candidates from other STEM fields, who not only possess the necessary qualifications but also bring a vibrant range of solution-based perspectives to German Industry Challenges.
