Requirements:

Master's degree in a natural science field (e.g., biology, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmacy) or comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in quality control/quality assurance in the regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment (GMP). Strong knowledge and practical experience in quality control, ideally also in the area of incoming goods inspection, as well as knowledge of regulations. Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to quickly grasp new issues. Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

Enhance processes in the QC Incoming Goods department, optimizing structures. Develop and maintain a system for tracking the status of (material) batch releases, including a forecasting function and capacity calculation for the operational department. Develop and maintain a material batch release tracking system, maintain KPIs. Manage interfaces with partners from Manufacturing, Material Planning, Warehouse, and QK to ensure smooth cooperation and information exchange between departments.
