Play a crucial role in optimizing production planning processes at our GMP Production facility.

Requirements:

Successfully completed technical or business administration studies or comparable qualifications. Sound professional experience in the field of work preparation and planning of small batch production orders with high utilization. In-depth MS Office skills and ideally (in-depth) VBA skills. IT skills: at least initial experience in implementing software solutions. Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken). Organizational talent with quick comprehension and an independent, precise, and solution-oriented work approach.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and plan production orders, considering all constraints such as personnel and equipment capacities, material availability, downtime, and timelines. Determine production capacity and support capacity planning, including planning and controlling special productions and assisting in the planning of requalification and maintenance measures. Serve as a contact person for the department regarding routine production topics in close coordination with the operational production teams, E2E production planning, Drug Supply, Service and Maintenance departments, and Manager GMP Production Administration. Actively participate in the introduction of software solutions for production planning, including support in selecting the system solution and subsequent implementation and transfer to routine use. Actively participate in the optimization and reorganization of existing, cross-departmental (business) processes through analytical review of existing procedures. Actively participate in the development of performance measurements, including the creation, preparation, and communication of production-relevant key figures (e.g., production capacity, utilization, and success rate).
