Requirements:
Studies: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical High School Construction
Language Skills: Excellent German language skills (C1 level or higher).
Experience: Proven experience in construction site supervision.
Hard Skills:
In-depth knowledge of building law, HOAI, and VOB regulations.
Expertise in construction management methodologies, including LCM.
Proficiency in using project management software.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Assertive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects according to LPH 8 of HOAI guidelines.
Coordinate and document the entire construction process.
Monitor costs, schedules, and quality standards.
Develop and update construction timetables using Lean Construction Management (Lean Construction) methods.
Conduct technical inspections.
