Job description

Play a crucial role in managing and delivering successful turnkey industrial and commercial construction projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

Studies: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technician. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the industrial and commercial sector. Hard Skills: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, including planning, execution, and quality control. Expertise in cost estimation, scheduling, and contract negotiation. Proficiency in project management software and methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Structured and organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
