Construction Project Manager (Residential & Industrial)

Job description

Play a crucial role in managing and delivering successful turnkey residential and industrial construction projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

Studies: Civil Engineering or Architecture Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the residential and industrial sector, 3 years of living and working in Germany. Hard Skills: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, including planning, execution, and quality control. Expertise in cost estimation, scheduling, and contract negotiation. Proficiency in project management software and methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Structured and organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Construction Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to timetables, quality standards, and safety regulations. Team Leadership: Effectively manage and lead a project team comprising site managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders, maintaining open and transparent communication. Change Management: Evaluate, assess, and manage project changes, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget.
