Requirements:

Studies: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Architecture (highly preferred). Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (required). At least 3 years of living and working in Germany Hard Skills: In-depth knowledge of HOAI (Honoraria and Fees for Architects and Engineers) guidelines. Expertise in cost estimation, calculation, and control methodologies. Proficiency in BIM software and data-driven cost analysis techniques (highly valued). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Master the art of cost planning for national and international projects across various sectors (residential, commercial, etc.). Conduct cost estimates, calculations, and feasibility studies for various projects. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure cost-effectiveness. Leverage BIM technology to enhance cost planning processes and project outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative cost planning strategies. Take ownership of projects and drive them towards successful completion.
