Requirements:
Studies: Civil Engineering, Architecture, High Technical School of Construction
Experience: Proven experience in construction cost calculation, 3 years +living and working in Germany.
Hard Skills:
Expertise in construction cost estimation methodologies.
Proficiency in using construction cost calculation software.
In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Calculate turnkey commercial and industrial projects (LPH 3-6 HOAI).
Provide expert customer consultation in collaboration with the sales team.
Develop technical concepts in partnership with architects and engineers.
Coordinate technical and commercial aspects, prepare and design bids.
Serve as a liaison between sales and work preparation.
